MSV100
Our cost-effective tool for simple, quick-startup, process development for R&D or small volume production. Designed with a modular architecture, taking panels or wafers, but fitting into a compact frame to minimize system footprint.
MSV200
Our flexible inkjet materials deposition tool featuring a working area of 550 mm x 650 mm. It is constructed around an ultra-stable granite gantry, allowing the substrate to move in the printing direction at speeds up to 500 mm/s. The tool includes configurable print heads that traverse the gantry to deposit a variety of materials.
MSV300
MSV300 is the groundbreaking platform showcasing our novel SMI technology. This machine stands alone in the IC substrate platform space, ahead of the competition. Ready for next generation IC substrate patterning, with ultra-fine pitch line spacing at a cost of ownership that is unbeatable by excimer laser lithography.
MSV500
Our flagship multi-functional laser processing system. Capable of switching from small geometry via drilling to skiving large cavities with the utmost precision – all enabled by VERSA SPOT® technology. It is a large area processing system compatible with autoloaders, that has an unbeatable throughput for ramp or full-scale production.

A cutting-edge tool engineered for the deposition, patterning, and functionalization of materials sensitive to moisture and oxygen. It supports advanced laser or inkjet processes within a temperature-controlled inert environment, providing ideal conditions for handling sensitive applications.
ISC Software
ISC is a powerful software suite for automation and programming on all msolv® tools. It uses the latest algorithms for recipe pathing and has a simple, professional interface to ensure rapid process deployment.
